This is a unique and fun program which combines the love of literacy and explores the basic foundation of yoga poses for children. Some of the benefits are increased coping methods, tools for anxiety, self-care strategies, increased fitness & self-esteem, and energy regulation. Children are reading, absorbing the story, doing yoga poses, and exercising their body and brain muscles at once!

Parent participation will be included. Bringing a yoga mat is encouraged but not required.

For families with children ages 3-6
