BANDED TABATA

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays – 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm

September 9 – October 18

Located in the Training Room

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high intensity exercises and the use of resistance bands in a specific 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off interval. All fitness levels are welcome!
