STRONG by Zumba

Mondays and Wednesdays

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

January 6 to February 17

Located in the Shell Fieldhouse Mondays and the Flex Room Wednesdays.

Participants burn an average of 438 calories/hour! This is not a dance class. It is a bootcamp to the beat of music – using body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and polymetric training. Get comfortable being uncomfortable!

Must be 16+ to register. $80 for 6 weeks or $12 drop-in.
