Town of Fox Creek Multiplex Restaurant and Smoothie Bar
The Town of Fox Creek is opening a multiplex in August of 2018. Included in the amenities is a restaurant, on the second floor, and smoothie bar, on the first floor. The Town is seeking someone to lease both the restaurant and smoothie bar or individual operators for each eating establishment. These 2 establishments are the only ones in this 100,000 Sq. Ft. facility. Other amenities include: arena, swimming pool, fieldhouse, fitness area, walking track, 4 meeting rooms, and 10 social service offices. As exclusive vendors they have the potential to serve 1,000 people a day.
Restaurant:
The restaurant has a 485 Sq. Ft. kitchen and a 1200 Sq. Ft. seating area. Located on the second floor the windows provide amazing light to this open area.
The following items will be included in the lease: Bunn coffee and hot drink systems, range with 2 open burners and a 24” fry top, deep fryer, hot dog system, popcorn and nacho makers, butter and cheese warmers, soup rethermalizer, freezer, cooler, work top cooler, warming cabinet, rapid cook oven, 14 tables, and 56 chairs.
All proposals will include the following:
- Ability to obtain a liquor license.
- Menu and prices.
- Hours of operation.
- Special rates and perhaps menu for private rentals (such as birthday parties).
- Expected lease rates.
Smoothie Bar:
The smoothie bar has a 323 Sq. Ft. kitchen and 1000 Sq. Ft. of shared seating. By being located beside the front entrance every person coming in and out of the facility will pass this establishment.
The following items will be included in the lease: blenders, ice machine, salad table, ice cream cabinet, panini grills, juice machine, freezer, work top cooler, and seating designed to encourage mingling.

- Menu and prices (please note that this kitchen is unable to offer fried food).
- Healthy offerings such as protein drinks and natural smoothies.
- Hours of operation.
- Special rates and perhaps menu for private rentals (such as birthday parties).
- Expected lease rates.
