A Public Hearing was held prior to the Regular Meeting to discuss Land Use Bylaw Amendment 824-2019-A03. This Amendment would rezone the Kaybob Trailer Court from a Residential Mobile Home Park (RMHP) to Direct Control (DC) for the purpose of facilitating the redevelopment of the trailer court and allow for the installation of more manufactured homes. The Hearing saw no member of the public oppose or favour the bylaw amendment, so final readings were given during the Regular Meeting and the bylaw ultimately passed. Administration was directed to enter into a Development Agreement with the owner of the Kaybob Trailer Court to ensure maintenance, aesthetic, setback, etc. requirements are met.
