The program focuses on supporting families in achieving optimal child growth and development and healthy family functioning. The Home Visitor works with families in the home using a parent-driven, goal-based approach.

By promoting problem-solving, positive parent-child relationships, and a predictable, consistent home environment, parents are better able to raise healthy, safe and secure children.
