Parent Link recognizes that parents and caregivers are children’s first and most influential teachers and are the key to fostering optimal child development.

We offer programs and services that are preventative and supportive, preparing families to respond to challenges as they arise. We connect parents to parents, families to families, and parents to resources in our community.

We provide services in parenting support, early childhood development and care programs, family support, developmental screening, and accessing community resources.

All programs and services are FREE. Please feel free to come in, have a look around and visit with our staff.

In 2014, the Provincial Parent Link Initiative chose the Community Resource Centre to be the designated Fox Creek site for the Parent Link program. In 2015, our site was selected to also provide services to the Valleyview area.

A Parent Link Centre is about connecting parents to each other and to resources in their community. Each Centre is designed to be a safe, friendly, welcoming place for both children and parents where families can thrive and grow.
