A Fire Advisory is issued for the Town of Fox Creek.
All burn permits are cancelled at this time and no new ones will be issued. Backyard fire pits, gas barbeques, and approved propane appliances that meet The Fox Creek Bylaw 684-2010 are still allowed.
NO briquette barbeques, open fires, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, flares or other incendiary type devices to be used. Residents should use extreme caution if using a fire pit by wetting the area around the fire pit, keep the pit fires small and ensure they are extinguished and cold to the touch when they are done.
