BYLAW 807-2018 to propose changes to LAND USE BYLAW 778-2016
The Town of Fox Creek will be holding a public hearing to review proposed changes to Land Use Bylaw 778-2016 to include the Regulation of Cannabis in Fox Creek. 1st reading was given to this bylaw at Council’s meeting on April 23, 2018.
A copy of the proposed bylaw is available to review at the Town of Fox Creek Administration Office during regular office hours.
The public hearing will be held at:
102 Kaybob Drive
In Council Chambers on May 14, 2018 at 6:15 pm.
If you are unable to attend the hearing and wish to be heard, please have your written submission delivered to the Town Administration Office located at 102 Kaybob Drive prior to 4:30 pm on Tuesday May 8, 2018.
