The Town of Fox Creek is seeking proposals for the supplying and installing of equipment for the new fitness centre opening this July. This 1800 square foot room will have cardio and muscle-skeleton equipment for people with beginner to intermediate skill and knowledge. Free weights are to be included but should not be the focus of the room.
All proposals should include the following:
- Equipment cost, brand name, and a picture.
- Warranty of equipment, length and cost by both your company and the equipment manufacture.
- Delivery time, dates and length of set up.
- Number of years your company has been in business.
- The names and contact information of five (5) satisfied clients.
- After delivery support details – repairs, maintenance, and site visits.
- Total cost of all services, equipment and support.
There is also a small 20 X 40 foot area that has been designated as an individual circuit training room. The bid for this area must be submitted as well but should be separate from the main workout room.
