The purpose of this bylaw is to establish a body to serve as a subdivision authority pursuant to Section 623 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A, 2000, M-26, serve as a development authority on matters referred to it by the Development Officer, and to advise on all other planning matters as referred to in this bylaw.
