NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES
The Town of Fox Creek is proposing changes that will affect how the landfill and utilities operate. Here is what you need to know:
Proposed changes to fees:
- Full pickup loads: $25.00 (formerly $5.00)
- Half pickup loads $15.00 (formerly $5.00)
- Charges for brush
New Services:
- Snaking fees (Camera is $120.00, Snaking is $300.00)
- Water meter fee (at cost plus 10%)
Proposed restrictions:
- We no longer accept mobile homes and vehicles; those will still be accepted at the Regional Landfill in Little Smoky
- Waste has to originate from Fox Creek or be from a resident of Fox Creek
- No dumptrailers or commercial vehicles, those will be accepted at the Regional Landfill in Little Smoky
- Maximum size of pickup truck box or trailer box that will be accepted is 90.9 ft3
